Messaging compliance
Report a message that should not have been sent
Anyone can file a report, whether or not they are a customer. We investigate every single one, and we can block traffic, suspend a campaign, or terminate an account outright.
What to report
Report anything that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or Messaging Policy: messages you never consented to, opt-outs that were ignored, phishing, impersonation, prohibited content, or dangerous links.
If you simply want the messages to stop, the fastest route is ouropt-out form. You can do both.
What happens after you file
- Within 1 business day
- We acknowledge your report and open an investigation.
- Within 3 business days
- We identify the originating account and review its consent records.
- Immediately, where warranted
- We block the traffic, suspend the campaign, or terminate the account.
- On request
- We report the activity to our connectivity partners, the carriers, and law enforcement.
If you are our customer
You are contractually required to report violations you become aware of on your own account immediately, and to cooperate with the investigation. Self-reporting a problem you have already fixed is treated very differently from a violation we discover ourselves.
Emergencies
For active fraud causing ongoing financial harm, call+1 (332) 231-6423 rather than using this form, and mention that it is an active fraud report. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
