About
A messaging platform run by people who answer the phone
ANTHONY OLIVA, INC. is a New York corporation building A2P messaging infrastructure for businesses sending SMS and MMS in the United States. We are registered with The Campaign Registry as a Campaign Service Provider, which means we file brands and campaigns ourselves rather than relaying them through someone else.
Why we built this
A2P messaging in the United States got structurally harder after 10DLC registration became mandatory. A business that just wants to text its customers about an appointment now has to register a brand against IRS records, file a campaign per use case, satisfy a human reviewer at an aggregator, and keep a website that meets carrier expectations it was never told about.
Most of that work is not technical. It is knowing that a privacy policy needs a specific sentence about mobile information, that a consent checkbox cannot be pre-checked, that a PO box in the brand address is an automatic failure, and that a comma in a legal name has to match the IRS CP 575 exactly. Providers that treat this as the customer's problem generate rejection cycles that take weeks each.
We built the platform around that gap. The API is deliberately unremarkable — plain REST, predictable errors, signed webhooks. The part we actually compete on is getting traffic registered, approved, and delivered without the customer having to learn the carrier rulebook first.
How we operate
01
Tell people the truth about approval odds
Some business categories are permanently ineligible for 10DLC, and no amount of rewriting the campaign description changes that. Saying so on the first call costs us a sale and saves the customer six weeks. We would rather have the short conversation.
02
Never take a margin on someone else's fee
Registry, aggregator, and carrier charges are passed through at exactly what we are billed, itemized separately on the invoice. Marking up a fee the customer can look up themselves is a bad way to build a relationship.
03
Make compliance the default, not an option
Opt-out handling and the account suppression list cannot be switched off, by the customer or by us. The features that protect recipients are the ones that should not have a toggle.
04
Answer the phone
There is a published telephone number on every page of this site and a person on the other end during business hours. In an industry where support means a ticket queue and a three-day wait, that turns out to be a differentiator.
